Lovely ladies and great service.
I wasn't dressed my best as we decided spontaneous to drive to the city for this store.
Still friendly, professional service. Plus it was so close to closing time, sorry i didn't know. But there was no rush!
Come inside, have a look, try on. They will make you feel comfortable!

Sehr schwacher Service. Ich als Kundin musste auf die Verkäuferin zugehen und um Beratung fragen. Im Store war fast nichts los und das Personal war dementsprechend auch nicht beschäftigt.

Went here to buy some shoes for my wife and the service that we received from Julia was very professional, kind and helpful. If you are looking for great service and a great product this is a must visit in Zurich.

This particular store’s customer service is incredible! I live in London but always shop from the Zurich store as the girls there are beyond professional and make you feel extra special! 5 stars and highly recommend.

We bought shoes in San Francisco - the buckle snaps open when she walks - to me an easy fix. But the store can‘t do it. „No we can‘t sent it to Italy because the factory is in Firence. “ - dah! Terrible customer service.

Leider nicht sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Ich hatte mir online bereits ein Paar Brautschuhe angeschaut und wollte diese gerne anprobieren. Als mein Mann und ich ins Geschäft kamen, waren 3 Verkäuferinnen anwesend, zwei davon haben uns nicht mal beachtet, weder eine Begrüssung oder sonstiges (wir waren die einzigen Kunden). Nach ein paar Minuten hat sich dann doch eine Verkäuferin die Zeit genommen. Sie war sehr nett, aber der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Ladens hat mir leider die Lust genommen, mein Geld dort auszugeben. Letztendlich habe ich die Schuhe dann online bestellt.

Always a delightful shopping experience; always able to find my size - even if not available in store, get it delivered to home in 2 days. In good pre-corona times a glass of bubbly and coffee were always offered)

Wie Arrogant können Verkäufer eigentlich sein. Ich wollte Schuhe für 600chf anprobieren und kaufen, Sie brachte mir aber welche für 2.5k mit dem Spruch: Warum einen Golf kaufen wenn es auch einen maybach gibt?
Zudem sagte Sie mehrmals wir müssen mit EUROS bezahlen? In der schweiz?
Absolute Frechheit wie die mit Kunden Umgehen!

Allerdings nur 4* da die Preise in Zürich nicht mit dem (aus Zürich) verschickten webemail übereinstimmen. Per Internet bestellen zwischen 50-70;- günstiger als im Laden.
Schade, da fühlt man sich als Kunde etwas über den Tisch gezogen!

Die Bedienung in Zürich bei Jimmy Choo, ist ein Erlebnis. Solch eine Freundlichkeit von den Verkäuferinnen, einfach einmalig. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I had a great experience in the store. The staff were friendly and helped me find my size. The selection was good (they had exactly what I was looking for). The store is a bit small and can get crowded when multiple customers are present and it can take a bit to get an SA to help. However, I still felt well taken care of once the SA was free.
